Manuel Mehos

MANUEL MEHOS is Chairman of the Board, Director, President and
Chief Executive Officer of Coastal Bancorp, Inc., Coastal Banc
Holding Company, Inc., and Coastal Banc ssb. Chairman of the
Board and Chief Executive Officer of CoastalBanc Financial Corp.,
a Bank subsidiary. He is also a Director of each of the bank’s
subsidiaries, and the Chairman of the Board and Director of
Coastal Banc Capital Corp., an affiliate of the bank. He is also
a Director of America’s Community Bankers.
