Louis Webb

LOUIS WEBB joined WR Hambrecht + Co at the end of 2002 as a Managing
Director and Senior Analyst focusing on specialty pharmaceuticals. Prior
to joining WR Hambrecht + Co, he served as a Director in the Research
Department of RBC Capital Markets covering specialty pharmaceuticals.
His 27 years of experience covering the pharmaceutical sector also
include tenures at Fahnestock & Co. and Robert W. Baird & Co. He is also
a two-time first place winner of The Wall Street Journal annual analyst
survey for stock picking and earnings accuracy. Mr. Webb received a
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and Applied Science from Yale
University in 1975 and became a Chartered Financial Analyst in 1980.
