Louis E. Silverman

LOUIS E. SILVERMAN was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer
of Quality Systems, Inc., on July 31, 2000. Mr. Silverman was previously
Chief Operations Officer of CorVel Corp., a publicly traded national
managed care services and technology firm with headquarters in Irvine,
California. Mr. Silverman holds a Master of Business Administration
degree from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and a
Bachelor of Arts degree from Amherst College, Amherst, Massachusetts.
