Lorin E. Krueger

LORIN E. KRUEGER has served as Chief Executive Officer of Winland
Electronics, Inc., since June 1, 2001, and as President of the company
since January 1999. In addition, Mr. Krueger has served as Secretary of
the company since 1983. Mr. Krueger served as Winland’s Chief Operating
Officer from January 1999 until June 2001 and as its Senior Vice
President of Operations from March 1987 until January 1999. Mr. Krueger
has been an employee of the company since 1976 and served as its Vice
President from January 1977 to March 1987.
