Leigh J. Abrams

LEIGH J. ABRAMS has been President, Chief Executive Officer and a
Director of Drew Industries Incorporated since 1979. Since April 2001,
Mr. Abrams has been a Director of Impac Mortgage Holdings, Inc., a real
estate investment trust specializing in residential mortgages. Mr.
Abrams is also a part owner and a Director of several privately owned
businesses. Mr. Abrams is the past Chairman of the Board of Governors of
the YMCA of Central and Northern Westchester and continues as a member
of the Board of Governors. He also served as Chairman of the Board of
Junior Achievement of Westchester County and continues to serve as a
member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Abrams, a CPA, has over 30 years
of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and
operations.
