Kevin M. Luebbers

KEVIN M. LUEBBERS joined RFS Hotel Investors, Inc., in July 2000
as the company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer. Prior to joining RFS, he worked for Hilton Hotels
Corporation, serving most recently as Senior Vice President –
Planning and Investment Analysis. Prior to Hilton, Mr. Luebbers
held various positions with the Prudential Realty Group, a
division of the Prudential Insurance Company of America, where he
specialized in hotel asset management. Mr. Luebbers holds a
Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and an MBA
from the University of California at Berkeley.
