KEVIN J. MCNAMARA is President of Chemed Corporation. Chemed,
headquartered in Cincinnati, is a diversified public corporation with
strategic positions in plumbing and drain cleaning (Roto-Rooter, Inc.);
residential appliance and air-conditioning repair (Service America); and
home healthcare services (Patient Care, Inc.). Chemed’s revenues in 1999
were over $450 million. Mr. McNamara holds a BA degree in economics from
Denison University and a JD from Cornell Law School. He is a member of
the Ohio State Bar Association.
