Keith R. Guericke

KEITH R. GUERICKE is President and Chief Executive Officer of Essex
Property Trust, Inc. He oversees the day-to-day operations and
administration of Essex. Mr. Guericke joined Essex’s predecessor, Essex
Property Corporation, in 1977. Since that time, he has actively
participated in the acquisition, development, management and disposition
of multifamily residential complexes and retail and office properties.
Prior to joining Essex Property Corporation, Mr. Guericke was with
Kenneth Leventhal & Company in San Francisco. He received a Bachelor of
Science degree in Accounting from Southern Oregon College in 1971. Mr.
Guericke is a member of the National Association of Real Estate
Investment Trusts, the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants and the National Multi-Housing Council.
