Kee Y. Wong

KEE Y. WONG, F.C.A. is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of Sino-Forest. Mr. Wong is a member of the executive management
team and as such works closely with Allen Chan, Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer, in establishing strategic direction for the Company.
Mr. Wong is based in Toronto, Canada and is responsible for overseeing
the Canadian operation including developing new business opportunities
for Sino-Forest throughout North America and internationally. In his
capacity as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Wong has overall responsibility
for the finance and accounting department and will lead all major
corporate financing activity of the Company. Mr. Wong had previously
resided in England for almost 10 years where he qualified as a Chartered
Accountant. He is currently a fellow of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Institute of
Chartered Accountants in Canada. Prior to joining Sino-Forest, Mr. Wong
was a partner with Ernst and Young in Toronto, Canada where he acted as
auditor and business advisor to many growth-oriented companies.
