Joseph Martin

JOSEPH MARTIN, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation, has more than 20 years of
experience in the semiconductor and semiconductor equipment industries.
Prior to his current position, he was Vice President of Finance,
Worldwide Operations, for National Semiconductor. Previously, Mr. Martin
was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of VTC
Incorporated. He began his career at Fairchild in 1979 as Manager of
Financial Planning and Analysis for the Logic Division and subsequently
held various senior financial positions for the corporation. He holds a
BS in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle University and an MBA from the
University of Maine. Mr. Martin is a member of Fairchild’s Board of
Directors and is also on the Board of ChipPAC, Incorporated.
