Jos J. Wintermans

JOS J. WINTERMANS has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of
Sodisco-Howden Group Inc. since July 2001. Before joining the company,
Mr. Wintermans served for a period of one year as President and CEO of
Skyjack Inc., a leader in the industrial platform manufacturing
industry, and for a period of two years as President and CEO of Rogers
CableSystems Ltd., a world leader in the telecommunications industry.
From 1988 to 1996, Mr. Wintermans served first as President, CEO and
member of the Board of Canadian Tire Acceptance Ltd., responsible for an
array of financial services, and then as Senior Vice President,
Diversified Business, Canadian Tire Corporation, reporting to the
President and CEO. Mr. Wintermans is an MBA graduate from Queen’s
University of Kingston (Ontario) and is a Master of Law graduate from
Leyden University, Leyden, The Netherlands.
