Jon D. Brorson

JON D. BRORSON is Senior Vice President and Director of Equities for
Northern Trust Global Investments. He is responsible for the oversight
and management of approximately $8 billion in institutional and mutual
fund division equity, active equity trading and equity research. In
addition, he heads the Asset Allocation Group and serves on the
Investment Policy Committee. Mr. Brorson worked at Hartline Investment
Corporation and at Northern Trust. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst
and is on the Board of Directors of National Properties Board of
Advisors and Center for Scandinavian Studies at North Park College.
JOHN J. ZIELINSKI is a Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager for
Northern Trust Global Investments. His primary responsibility is the
management of equity and balanced portfolios for ERISA clients. Mr.
Zielinski is also responsible for the development of investment policy
guidelines and determining the appropriate asset mix. He actively
manages the equity component of separately managed balanced portfolios,
all equity accounts and mutual funds. Mr. Zielinski is a Chartered
Financial Analyst. He earned a BS in Finance at Tri-State University and
an MBA in Finance at DePaul University. Mr. Zielinski is a member of the
Association for Investment Management and Research.
