John Russell

JOHN RUSSELL has been the President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of
the Company since November 2, 1997. He has 21 years of sales and
marketing experience in consumer electronics, retail, broadcast TV, PC
hardware and software, video games and advertising. Mr. Russell has
substantial start-up experience and has assisted in the launch of nine
companies including Devon stores, a 110-store retail chain and Acclaim
Entertainment, and entertainment and video game software publisher.
Prior positions have included VP of Sales and Marketing at eShare
Technology 1997; President of iMedia Technology 1995-96; President of
Creative Marketing Resources (CMR) 1988-94. He received his Bachelor of
Science in Business Administration degree in Marketing from St. Louis
University and a Master of Arts degree in Communications from Michigan
State University.
