John Q. Barnidge

JOHN Q. BARNIDGE has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of HealthTronics, Inc., f/k/a Prime Medical Services, Inc.,
since December 2001. Mr. Barnidge joined HealthTronics as Treasurer in
August 2001. From 1986 to 2001, Mr. Barnidge, a Certified Public
Accountant, was a partner in a public accounting and consulting firm.
Formerly an Adjunct Professor at the University of Houston Graduate
School of Business, Mr. Barnidge is also a Certified Valuation Analyst
and a Certified Fraud Examiner and has a Master’s degree in Accounting.
Mr. Barnidge received a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State
University in 1973 and a Master’s of Accounting degree from Georgia
State University in 1975.
