John P. Dielwart

JOHN P. DIELWART is the President of ARC Resources Ltd., which holds oil
and gas properties on behalf of the ARC Energy Trust. Prior to joining
ARC in 1994, Mr. Dielwart was a senior vice-president and director of a
major Calgary based oil and natural gas engineering consulting firm, for
which he worked for 12 years. He has also spent five years working for a
major oil and natural gas company in Calgary. Mr. Dielwart has a
Bachelor of Science with Distinction (Civil Engineering) degree from the
University of Calgary (1977). He is a member of the Association of
Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta and is
currently a member of the Board of Governors of the Canadian Association
of Petroleum Producers.
