John J. Dickson

JOHN J. DICKSON is Executive Vice President of Frontier Financial
Corporation and Chief Executive Officer of Frontier Bank. Mr. Dickson
started at Frontier in 1979 during summers in college. Since 1985 he has
spent two years in the credit area, ending as a Loan Officer in 1987.
From 1987 to present, he has been in the finance area of the bank and he
has been in his current position since 1996. Mr. Dickson’s current
responsibilities include profitability and expense control, interest
rate risk and funding asset growth. He is a member of the Technology
Committee and the Asset/Liability Committee of the bank. Prior to
Frontier he was with Arthur Andersen & Co., Audit Division, Seattle
office from 1982 to 1985. He has a BA in Economics (honors) and Business
from the University of Puget Sound. Mr. Dickson graduated with honors
from the Bank Administration Institute School in Financial Management.
