Joanne M. Fairechio

JOANNE M. FAIRECHIO is a Vice President and Senior Industry
Analyst at Salomon Smith Barney in the Power/Natural Gas Group of
the equity research department, with primary responsibility for
the natural gas distribution industry and more recently electric
distributors. Prior to joining Salomon Smith Barney in 1992, Ms.
Fairechio was an Assistant Vice President in the Natural Gas
Group at Merrill Lynch, starting in 1977. She attended Pace
University and is a member of the New York Society of Securities
Analysts, the American Gas Association, the Association for
Investment Management and Research and was past Chair of the
Natural Gas Distribution Subcommittee for Corporate Information
Reporting. Ms. Fairechio has been top ranked by Greenwich
Research Associates and Reuters and recognized by The Wall Street
Journal’s All Star Analyst survey for her accuracy of earnings
estimates and stock picking ability. In her spare time, Ms.
Fairechio enjoys needlepoint, miniature collecting, fly fishing
and skiing.
