Jay D. Miller

Jay D. Miller is President and CEO of IMRIS Inc. He was named Chief Executive Officer and appointed to the board of directors of IMRIS in August 2013. Mr. Miller joined IMRIS as President and Chief Operating Officer in 2012 and was responsible for the operation of IMRIS’ business globally, including sales, marketing, research and development, operations, customer service, regulatory affairs and quality. Mr. Miller has extensive technical and managerial experience in the medical device industry. Prior to joining IMRIS, he was the President and CEO of ZONARE Medical Systems, President and CEO of Vital Images, Inc., and held senior roles in both GE Healthcare and Siemens Healthcare. Mr. Miller has a B.A. in chemistry from Dartmouth College, a master’s in biomedical engineering from the University of Virginia, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
