James K. Schuler

JAMES K. SCHULER is Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive
Officer of Schuler Homes, Inc., a publicly held national real estate
development firm in Honolulu which is currently building homes in
California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Arizona and Hawaii. He has
over 30 years of construction and real estate development experience in
Hawaii, California and Washington. He is a member of numerous
professional building organizations and is on the Boards of Adult
Friends for Youth, Le Jardin Academy, The American Red Cross and Hawaii
Special Olympics. In addition, Schuler Homes is a pacesetter company for
Aloha United Way and also contributes to numerous charitable causes in
the community. In 1992, Mr. Schuler received the coveted Entrepreneur of
the Year Award.
