James E. Mineman

JAMES E. MINEMAN is a Research Analyst with Investment Counselors, Inc.
He is responsible for equity and fixed income research and special
projects and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Mr.
Mineman earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Southern Illinois
University at Edwardsville in 1995 and is currently pursuing his
Master’s of Finance degree at St Louis University.
