Jacques R. Sardas

JACQUES R. SARDAS is President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of
the Board of Directors. Mr. Sardas has been President and Chief
Executive Officer of the Registrant since July 1997 and Chairman of the
Board of Directors since September 1997. Prior to joining the company,
Mr. Sardas was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sudbury, Inc.
from 1992 to 1997. Prior to that, he spent 34 years at Goodyear Tire and
Rubber Company, concluding as President of Goodyear Worldwide Tire.
