J. L. Chauvin

J. L. CHAUVIN has served as Treasurer of Teche Holding Company since its
incorporation in December 1994 and as a director since March 2002. Mr.
Chauvin has been employed by Teche Federal Savings Bank since 1983 and
was promoted to Treasurer in November 1994 and to Senior Vice President
in January 1999. Mr. Chauvin is a member of the Louisiana Society and
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
