Hyrum A. Mead

HYRUM A. MEAD, President and CEO of BSD Medical Corporation, joined the
company and was elected to the Board of Directors in 1999. Previously he
served five years as Vice President, Business Development for ZERO
Enclosures, a leading manufacturer in the telecommunications, computer
and aerospace enclosures industry and seven years as President of
Electro Controls, a manufacturer of computer controlled power systems.
Mr. Mead began his career in marketing with IBM where he worked with the
introduction of many new products. Mr. Mead’s career has focused on
growing businesses and making them successful, including turnarounds.
