Hugh M. Scott

HUGH M. SCOTT is a Senior Research Analyst with MacDougall, MacDougall &
MacTier, Inc., specializing in the Canadian telecommunications services
industry. A Chartered Financial Analyst, Mr. Scott holds a Bachelor’s
degree in Statistics from the University of Western Ontario. He has also
studied Economics, Mathematics, and Pure and Applied Science at the
College Jean de Brebeuf, Champlain Regional College, Bishop’s College
School, and Lower Canada College. His interests include a wide variety
of summer and winter sports, music, and novels.
