H. Fraser Phillips

H. FRASER PHILLIPS is a Vice President, Director and Senior Analyst for
Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown, covering the North American base metal
sector. He is also Head of Global Mining Research for Deutsche Banc.
Previously he was associated with Scotia Capital Markets and prior to
that, Burns Fry Limited. Mr. Phillips received an Honors BSc in Mining
Engineering from Queen’s University and an MBA from the University of
Toronto.
