Gregory L. Burns

GREGORY L. BURNS is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of O’Charley’s,
Inc. He joined O’Charley’s in 1983 as Controller and later held the
positions of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer before
being named President in 1993. In 1994, Mr. Burns also was named Chief
Executive Officer, and in 1996 was appointed Chairman of O’Charley’s
Board of Directors. Prior to joining O’Charley’s Mr. Burns was Chief
Financial Officer, Nashville Banner Publishing Company Inc. and Senior
Accountant with Price Waterhouse. Mr. Burns is affiliated with several
professional organizations. His extensive background in the casual
dining industry makes him a strong contact on numerous casual dining and
related issues, including establishing long-term growth strategies;
profitability in the casual dining sector; building solid management
teams; trends and forecasts in the casual dining sector and raising
capital through public offerings.
