Glenn R. Jennings

GLENN R. JENNINGS is President, Chief Executive Officer and Vice
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Delta Natural Gas Company. Prior
to joining Delta he was with Berea College, Arthur Andersen, and Ford
Motor Company. He was on the Board of Directors of Southern Gas
Association and American Gas Association. Mr. Jennings was past Chairman
of Southern Gas Association and past President of Kentucky Gas
Association. Mr. Jennings was twice past Chairman of American Gas
Association Smaller Member Coordinating Council, Vice Chairman of this
Council. He is a graduate of Berea College, Berea, Kentucky with a BS in
Business Administration. Mr. Jennings is a Certified Public Accountant.
