George A. Hallenbeck

GEORGE A. HALLENBECK serves as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and
President of Evolving Systems, Inc. Mr. Hallenbeck was a Founder of the
company in June 1985. During his 18 years with Evolving Systems, Mr.
Hallenbeck has led Evolving Systems into many leading edge technologies
including: complex flow through provisioning, special circuits
provisioning, Cellular Digital Packet Data, Local Number Portability,
number pooling and presence and availability management. Mr. Hallenbeck
received a BA from the University of Colorado.
