Gary M. Malino

GARY M. MALINO is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and
Treasurer of Realty Income Corportation. He joined the company in 1985
and served in various financial positions until his promotion to Chief
Financial Officer in 1994. Prior to joining Realty Income he was with a
Los Angeles accounting firm and was a Controller for McMillan Company, a
real estate development company.
