Frederik van Beuningen, 1949, founded Teslin Capital Management BV in 1991 together with Aleid Kruize. Mr. van Beuningen was a member of the renowned Commissie Tabaksblat, the committee that wrote the Dutch corporate governance code in 2003. Mr. van Beuningen has an economics degree from the University of Groningen.
