Frank G. Hausmann

FRANK G. HAUSMANN, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of
CenterSpan Communications Corporation, joined the company in July 1998,
where he has respectively held the positions of CFO and President. Prior
to his affiliation with CenterSpan, he was VP Finance and CFO of Atlas
Telecom, Inc., where he was recruited to raise $50 million to effect the
company’s turnaround. Mr. Hausmann served as VP Corporate Development
and General Counsel of Diamond Multimedia Systems, Inc. as well as EVP
and CFO for Supra Corporation. He holds a BS degree in Economics and
Political Science from Willamette University, a JD degree from the
University of Oregon and is a member of the Oregon State Bar.
