Francis L. Fraenkel

FRANCIS L. FRAENKEL is Chairman of Delta Capital Management LLC. Prior
to his current position he was Managing Director of Salomon Brothers,
Inc. and President of Salomon Brothers Asset Management, Inc.
Previously, Mr. Fraenkel was Chairman and CEO of Lehman Management
Company and Senior Executive Vice President and Director of Shearson
Lehman Brothers, Inc. He earned a BA from Tulane University. Mr.
Fraenkel serves on the Board of Tulane’s A.B. Freeman School and two
publicly owned corporations.
