Eric Martin

ERIC MARTIN, Vice President of Investor Relations at Carter’s , Inc.,
has been in charge of investor relations for Carter’s since the
beginning of 2003. Prior to joining Carter’s, Mr. Martin was the IRO at
Premiere Global Services and was instrumental in driving the valuation
of Premier Global from 2000 to 2003. Prior to joining Premiere Global
Mr. Martin was a Vice President at AmSouth Bank (Investment Division)
where he managed over $250 million in assets. Mr. Martin is a former
United States Marine and obtained a BS in Management from Covenant
College.
