Eli Ayalon

ELI AYALON has been DSP Group, Inc.’s President and Chief Executive
Officer since May 1996. He brings more than 20 years of experience in
the technology Industry. Prior to joining DSP Group, Mr. Ayalon’s
professional background includes such experiences as: President and CEO
of Mennan Medical, a company specializing in advanced medical equipment
for intensive care units and catheterization laboratories. President and
CEO of Teledata Communications, Ltd., a public company active in the
telecommunications industries, providing solutions that enable customers
to increase their number of subscribers using existing infra-structure.
Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Elscint X-ray Division.
President and CEO of Semiconductor Devices, a company dealing with
advanced semiconductors for applications within the Israeli defense
forces. Mr. Ayalon holds a BS degree in Electronics from Technion
Institute of Technology and awarded his MBA from the University of Tel-
Aviv. Mr. Ayalon is currently a Major in the IDF reserves, in addition
to his role of President and Chief Executive Officer.
