Edward D. Doherty

EDWARD D. DOHERTY is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer
of Kaneb Pipe Line Partners, L.P., a NYSE-listed refined product
pipeline and terminaling partnership. Prior to this, he was President
and Chief Executive Officer of Northlea Corporation and Chairman of
Alyth Associates, Inc., which provided restructuring services to
troubled companies. Mr. Doherty has extensive experience in the refining
and petrochemical industry. He is a Graduate of Columbia University
School of Law and was admitted to the Bars of New York and Texas.
