Edward A. Labry

EDWARD A. LABRY III is President of Concord EFS, Inc. and its subsidiary
EFS National Bank, headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee. Mr. Labry joined
Concord in 1984 as a salesman in Concord’s trucking services division,
assuming responsibility for all sales and marketing in that unit in
1987. In 1990, Mr. Labry was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief
Marketing Officer for all Concord companies, and assumed his current
position as President of the holding company and its wholly owned bank
subsidiary in 1994. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Concord
EFS, Inc. and EFS National Bank. Mr. Labry holds a BS degree from
Cumberland University. He is a member of the international Advisory
Councils for Visa and MasterCard, a member of the Board of Directors for
MS Carriers, and a director for the Children’s Museum of Memphis.
