Alfred Scheidegger

DR. ALFRED SCHEIDEGGER, PH.D., HAS BEEN THE CEO OF NEXTECH INVEST LTD. IN Zurich, Switzerland, since 1998. Prior to founding Nextech, Dr. Scheidegger was Administrative Director and Member of the board of ETH (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology) in Zurich, Switzerland. From 1992 to 1995, he was Chief Executive Officer of CSCS Swiss Scientific Computing Center in Manno, Switzerland. He also has experience managing an international drug discovery project at Ciba-Geigy, in Japan. Dr. Scheidegger is an observer of the boards of directors for Palyon Medical Co., in New York, ImVisioN Therapeutics A.G., in Muttenz, Switzerland, and Agensys, Inc., in Santa Monica, Calif. Additionally, Dr. Scheidegger has published 23 scientific publications, 46 general publications and five books.
