Dennis Quilter

DENNIS QUILTER started AdVal in 1989, following a career with IBM and
with the Armed Forces devoted to improving proficiency in individuals
and teams. He has been responsible for developing the company as
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer through its various stages
of growth. This covered the start-up partnership phase, and the
company’s restructuring as a private limited company, before AdVal was
admitted to the London Stock Exchange (Alternative Investment Market) in
June 1998. Dennis has used his experience in analysing and specifying
learning solutions for Adval’s customers, whilst building the business
and leading a management team committed to leading-edge consulting and
technology in today’s ever changing world. Dennis holds a degree in
Educational Technology from the University of Bath, and is a Fellow of
the Institute of Personnel and Development.
