David Parker

David Parker joined Lazard Capital Markets in July 2009 as a Senior Research Analyst covering transaction processors. His coverage universe encompasses payment processors, financial processors, payroll processors, and information and risk management companies. Prior to joining LCM, Mr. Parker worked at Merrill Lynch for nine years as a Vice President on the computer services research team. When he first joined Merrill, he was a member of the enterprise software team, and he previously worked at Robertson Stephens. Mr. Parker earned a B.A. in East Asian studies from Princeton University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
