David Owen Nicholas

DAVID OWEN NICHOLAS became the President and Chief Investment Officer
of Nicholas Company, Inc. in 1998. He joined the Nicholas Company in
1986 as a research analyst and was named Portfolio Manager in 1993 to
Nicholas II, Inc. and Nicholas Limited Edition, Inc. Prior to that, Mr.
Nicholas was employed at Firstar Bank as a credit analyst from
1983-1986. He received a B.A. in 1983 from the University of
Wisconsin-Madison and an M.S. in Finance and Investments, University of
Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1986. He’s also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
