David N. Richardson

DAVID N. RICHARDSON, CPA, is President of Asset Management Corp. Prior
to joining the company in 1981, Mr. Richardson was President at First
Kentucky Investment Advisors, Inc. (1977-1981), Senior Trust Officer at
Central Trust Company (1962-1977) and Staff Accountant at Peat Marwick
Mitchell & Company (1960-1961). He received his B.S. in Accounting from
Oklahoma State University and his M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from
the University of Cincinnati. He is a member of the New York Analysts
Society and the Louisville Society of Financial Analysts. Mr. Richardson
is married and has three children. His personal interests include
numismatics, archeology and history.
