David N. Pierce

DAVID N. PIERCE is a co-founder of FX Energy Inc., and serves as
President and Chief Executive Officer. He has worked in an executive
capacity for privately held oil and gas companies since 1979, serving
exclusively with FX Energy since its formation. An attorney, he has more
than 20 years of experience in natural resources, securities and
international business law. He is a graduate of Princeton University and
Stanford Law School.
