David J. Hegarty

DAVID J. HEGARTY is President and Chief Operating Officer of Senior
Housing Properties Trust. Mr. Hegarty previously was President and Chief
Operating Officer of HRPT Properties Trust. He also is on the Board of
Advisors of Radius Ventures, a venture capital fund that invests in the
healthcare industry. Mr. Hegarty is a Certified Public Accountant and a
graduate of the University of Massachusetts.
