David Gold

DAVID GOLD is a Senior Equity Analyst covering business services at
Sidoti & Company, LLC, the largest independent small cap equity research
boutique on Wall Street. Prior to that, he was a partner in a small
distressed property fund. He holds a BS in Finance from New York
University’s Stern School of Business and a JD from the Benjamin N.
Cardozo School of Law. He is an attorney admitted to practice in New
York and New Jersey. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst
designation and is a member of the New York Society of Security
Analysts, as well as the CFA Institute. He volunteers with several non-
profits and sits on the board of directors of the Respect for Law
Alliance, NYS Honorary Fire Chief’s and NYS FOP Lodge 117. He is also a
First Lieutenant in the New York Guard, serving in the JAG unit.
