David Crevier

DAVID CREVIER is Chairman of Yorbeau Resources Inc. He holds degrees in
Civil and Common Law from McGill University, is a member of the Quebec
Bar, and has been practicing business law since 1975. His main focus has
been in the area of public and private financing and equity investment,
and he has been associated with a number of very successful ventures in
the resource and technology sectors.
