CURTIS R. KOLLAR is Vice President and Treasurer of CharterBank since
1991 and was named Chief Financial Officer of CharterBank in January
2001. He has an undergraduate degree from Ohio Wesleyan and an MS in
Accounting from Syracuse University. He is a graduate of the Graduate
School of Community Bank Management. Mr. Kollar is a Certified Public
Accountant and Certified Management Accountant. He has 16 years
experience in the banking field. Current affiliations include West Point
Rotary Club.
