Charles J. Windham

CHARLES J. WINDHAM, JR. has managed the Performance Large Cap Equity
Fund for Trustmark National Bank since the Fund’s inception in 1992. He
has 30 years of investment management experience. Mr. Windham is a
member of Trustmark’s Senior Investment Team that has responsibility for
overseeing the investment practices and strategies of the bank’s entire
proprietary mutual fund family. He is a graduate of the University of
Southern Mississippi with a BS degree in Business. Mr. Windham is also a
graduate of Southern Methodist University Southwestern Graduate School
of Banking.
