Bruce Merati

BRUCE MERATI, President and CFO of VirtGame Corporation, has 23
years of diversified experience in international accounting,
corporate finance and investment banking. Mr. Merati has been
with VirtGame since 1998 and his experience includes seven years
of public accounting with the London office of
PricewaterhouseCoopers, and 17 years of financial management in
private and public companies in California. At VirtGame, Mr.
Merati oversees all the finance and operations of the company and
has engineered the overall strategy and direction of the company
in the last three years. He received a Bachelor of Science in
Economics from the London School of Economics. He holds a
California real estate broker license, NASD Series 7, 63 and 24
licenses along with a Chartered Accountant license in England and
Wales and a CPA license from California.
