Bruce M. Holland

BRUCE M. HOLLAND, a co-founder of SpectraLink, has been the company’s
President and Chief Executive Officer since 1990. Prior to founding
SpectraLink, Mr. Holland was the co-founder of Cadnetix Corporation, a
manufacturer of CAD/CAM/CAE equipment, where he served as president,
chief executive officer, and director. He holds a B.S. in Electrical
Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Colorado.
