Bruce H. Freedman

BRUCE H. FREEDMAN is Executive Vice President, Real Estate
Operations of AMB Property Corporation. Mr. Freedman joined AMB
in 1995 and has over 30 years of experience in real estate
finance and investment. Before joining the company, he served as
President of Allmerica Realty Advisors from 1993 to 1995 and as
Principal of Aldrich, Eastman & Waltch (AEW) from 1986 to 1992.
Mr. Freedman is a cum laude graduate of Babson College. He is a
member of the Urban Land Institute, Real Estate Finance
Association and NAREIM, and holds the CRE designation from the
American Society of Real Estate Counselors. He is also an
Executive Committee member of NAIOP and an Advisory Board member
of the Babson Center for Real Estate.
